my great aunt insists that her mother and her mother's mother handed down the story that we are related to the solomon juneau family. i have hit a wall in my research.

my gg-grandmother was vida and her maiden name was PUTNAM. i am not sure of her parents names, but the father's last name must have been PUTNAM and her father's father, PUTNAM as well. can anyone who has the JUNEAU genealogy book check to see if a JUNEAU female married into a PUTNAM line along the way?
