Good day to you,

I am the grandson of a JUPP, William Edward Alfred, who was born in South Africa in 1899. My mother nee' Jupp and her brother Edward William Jupp are interested in discovering the origins of the surname. My great-grandparents originally came from a place in the south of England called Fishers Gate. We have however seen Jupp used in France as Juppe and my uncle saw a television interview with a German man who had the first name Jupp. We would appreciate any further information or assistance on where to seek this info.

Thanking you,
Your's sincerely,
David Thornton - Cape Town South Africa.
