I am looking for a John Jury, b. abt 1830, m. Elizabeth Doyle, b. abt 1830. John was born in Devon, Bidford, England. Elizabeth was born somewhere in England according to the 1891 census. this information was gleaned from the 1871 Census.

Alfred Henry b. abt 1850,
John Henry b. abt 1858,
George b. abt 1860,
Emily b. abt 1865,
Charles Rd Alfred b. abt 1868,
Edith? b. abt 1874.


Alfred is my great-grandfather. I am unsure of what the Rd stands for in the name Charles Rd Alfred. That is the way it appeared in the 1871 Census. I am also unsure of Edith because she was not on the 1871 Census. She was on the 1891 Census at age 17.

Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated!
