Surnames: Justice, Justus, Troutman, Keener, York, Dickerson
The Eli Justice of Macon Co., Ala., and the Eli Justice of Rabun Co., Ga., are not the same. Eli Justice or Justus (my gg-Grandfather) was born between 1816-1820 in Lincoln or Buncombe Co., NC., and came into Rabun Co., GA, about 1830 or shortly thereafter with his parents William and Sarah Troutman Justice. My Eli married Millie Ann Oliver in Rabun Co., Ga. on Mar. 30, 1841. The Justice/Justus lines are hard to figure with so many names the same.
