I am searching for John Calvin Justice parents. John is my ggandfather. I know his mother was Milly Ann Oliver (have pic). Census data says he & parents were born in Georgia. The only person I can find in Georgia married to a Milly Ann Oliver was Eli Justice. John Calvin traveled to TN and married Minnie Wade in Trousdale County on 12/4/1886, she was born 10/16/1868. I am trying to make a firm connection to Eli. 1870 Census data for Eli shows son John was nine so that fits the age for my John Calvin. I would like to know more about Eli. A relative says that when Milly Ann died, John Calvin received a postcard from NC saying her body was to be shipped to Smith County, TN for burial and to meet the train to receive the body.
