Surnames: Kaack ( Cook ) , Rusch, Landt
I am doing my family tree and came across the "KAACK "name. If I am right, Hans and Catherine KAACK are my GGGgrandparents. They came to America around 1847 settling in Scott County , Iowa.
I have noticed that the "KAACK" name is spelled as follows: KAACK, KOOCK, and COOK. I have found some information searching all three names.
I just thought maybe your ancestors and mine are related by siblings or cousins.
