Hi, I am also looking for information on the Kaatz family. My ggfather was Rudolf Kaatz married to Hellene Harms (Kaatz). They lived in Taylor Texas were my grandmother was born and then moved to Buckholts. I have found information on a Gustav Kaatz (Gus) from Hutto (which is close to Taylor) maybe a brother or coustin.
