Amalie Kaebisch came to the US with here children, Pauline, Auguste,Moritz, Bruno, Otto, Lola, Roberton on the SS American on June 9, 1870. There was a Charles who was also on the ship who we assumed was her husband but later found out that it was her brother-in-law. Amalie was married to one of the Kaebisch brother's in Germany, he died and she came to the US with her children and Charles and then married a Henrick Kaebisch whom was already settled in Wisconsin. We have Henrick last will that states these children are his step-children. Amalie and Henrick were married here in Wisconsin on 6/26/1870. My e-mail is
