Imm paper list the town my grandfather came from asSpiss Lackova , Austria Hungary His name was Andrew Kascur or Kacur. His father was Jodeph who was married to Mary Stefanik, who had these children Andrew, Veronica, Mary and Joseph. She must have died in the old country because Mr. Kacur then married Anna Haky, who had a sister names Catherine Oswalt and a sister named Victoria Shaffer. Her family list John and Caroline Rott as parents. Anna's daughter Maria Haky who later married Andrew ( no blood relation) is coming as a 14 year old from Ruzsba. Does anyone know how we can get birth or marriage records from there or where to send for them. Has anyone heard of these people there were relatives alive that took care of these children while Anna came to America and set up house after her husbands death and she brought the children over then.
