Do you know if Minnie R. Kadow would have had any brothers by the name of Frederick William? My great-grandfather was killed in Dubuque in a railroad accident and left one son orphaned at the age of 4 and left to be raised by his mother's family. His mother died due of childbed fever. Great Grandpa's name was also Frederick William. He worked for the railroad, but we don't know where he came from. If you have any information on this we would appreciate it. If he had family, Minnie could have been a sister!
