I've "rescued" some old photographs of the KALAR of KALOR family including "Grandmother" Melinda KALAR, Ursal KALAR, and what could be Ursal's parents. All the photographs were taken in Watseka, Illinois or Onarga, Illinois, both in Iroquois County. I would guess that the photos were taken in the 1870's or 1880's. The two photos of Ursal KALAR include one when he was an infant and one when he is approximately 5 years of age. I would guess that Melinda KALAR was in her 50's at the time her photograph was taken, and the picture of a couple appears to be a wedding announcement type photo with the couple being in their 20's.

In addition to these photos I also obtained photographs from the same source which I believe belong to the COBB and PIERCE families. I'd like to find the family and return the photographs to their rightful place within the family being passed from generation to generation as they should be.
