I have the Undertaker's Report of Death from the Chicago Dept. of Health for:
James Kalas, died March 26, 1906, at the age of 18 months.
His parents were both from Bohemia and address is listed as
1473 St. Louis (I believe it is South St. Louis, since both
undertaker and physician have South Side addresses). He was buried at Bohemian Nat. Cemetery.

He is not related to our family. I would be glad to send certificate to anyone who thinks he may be part of your family.
