Leona Edna Shafer Kalberer

I am trying to find any information on a great great aunt that married a Kalberer and lived in Denver Colorado. She was born 31 May 1882 in Webb City, Jasper, Missouri, her father was Elias Franklin Shafer and her mother was Esther Stockton Shafer. I think she passed away after 1966. She had 3 sisters Etta Mae Shafer Bryant, Rose J Shafer(died as infant), and Tona Shafer Skinner Allen Jordan. She also had 4 brothers Irwin Shafer (which I believe died as infant), Andrew L Shafer(died as infant), Fred Shafer(my great grandfather) and Elias Franklin "Fatty" Shafer Jr. I believe she was married before she married Kalberer but I'm not sure. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Just wondering if Joe from the Original Message ever heard anything? I am trying to find the same group of Kalberers . . . Joanne, Denise and Bea . . . I went to school with them in Ellensburg. I would love to hear from one of them.

Hello,
Are you related to the Kalberers of Lake Oswego, Oregon? They had 15 kids in the family from Joe "wildcat" and Rosemary. I grew up in Federal Way with kids #15-10 (Chris, Dave, Dan, John, Denise & Joanne).

An uncle had a hotel supply in Seattle, WA and the other uncle (on the dad side) was a Catholic priest that wrote a book called, Lives of the Saints.

joe

One important fact about Eva Kilbera was that she was a full blooded Seminole Indian.
My father was 3 when she died. I'm trying to find any other relatives.
