My husbands family tree DNA "family finder test"

One of my children insisted that I have my husbands DNA taken for Family tree DNA and a "family finder test"
My husband is "supposed to be 1/2 Estonian. Family Tree says that he is 25% Finnish-Russian. The rest is N Europe and assorted.
I knew it would be difficult to sort family. His mothers family is probably a possibility on her maternal side. Her fathers side, her father was adopted in Michigan and is name changed from Shephard to Ream.
Hi fathers side, we do not actually know the fathers name. We have heard, Rhinehart, Rinehold, Rineford. But when he entered this country or poss when he signed on to the ship, his name has been Oskar "George" Wilson. We know that his mothers name was Krutop, but that is possibly a corruption of a Russian name. She was born in Tallin Estonia while "George" was born in Tartu Estonia. It is said that the grandpa Krutop was from Georgia.
One of his 120 matches that Family Tree DNA has sent me, I think there are actually two are surnamed Kallio. They are Eero Kallio and Kaino Kallio and while they are not ones that share a total common segment of DNa they so overlap on Cromosome 1.

Any one have any suggestions for me as to how to start?

I'm looking for family in Finland who are descendents of Henric Johan Kallio and Maria Norrgard and also descendents of Luutsi Johan Sandberg & Kaisia Lisa.

My great great great grandfather Erik Niklas Sandberg born 1824 in Finland and Serafia Kallio born 1825. Their children were Johan, Vilhelmiina, Anna Rantalas Kallio, Liisa Forskoolis Kallio and 4 other children - I don't know their names.

Erik Niklas Sandberg's parents who were Luutsi Johan Sandberg and Kaisa Lisa. Their children were Erik Niklas, Kuusta, Joseph, Pusso and Aarholman. That's all I know about them.

Serafia Kallio's parents were Henric Johan Kallio born 1795 in Finland and died 1842 in Finland and Maria Norrgärd born Abt. 1796 in Finland and died in Finland. Their children were Serafia Kallio, Marku Heikki Kallio, Maria Kallio married Frans Nykork/Nygord, Freedriika Kallio married Mikko Parskeri, Justiina Kallio married Heikki Brannaspikki. I do know who some of their descendents where and when and where Henric and Maria were born, and lived and died and I think Maria's father was John V. Norrgärd.

I've checked the Parish records for information - so I have some information on them and their family. If someone reads this and is related - I'd love to hear from you and exchange information.
