Josephine was Josephine Kaufmann not Brinker. They did own a bar/Tavern at Gratiot/VanDyke in Detroit. She died 1/1967. My dad, Alvin sold it shortly thereafter and moved to a most eastern part of Detroit. I believe that Josephine was from Centerline and not Warren.
