My grandmother Irene's madien name is Kampus and her father's name was Jozsef Kampus who immigrated to the United States from Autria-Hungary.

Looking for descendents of Greeks from the Sparta region of Greece. Original family name was Karkanpasis (as?). Also known as Karkampas, Kampus. My grandfather changed his name to George Thompson, his brother to Jimmy Kay, and another brother was named Gabriel Karkampas.
