I am looking for the names of the parents of William (Frank)Kantner who was born in 1854 possibly in Pennsylvania. Married Alice either Button or Burton and lived in Ashley, Luzurne, Pa in 1880. They later moved to Oneonta, Otsego, NY where he died in Sept. of 1899. They had 2 children Estella and Charles. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
