On March 30, 1852, Jacob Kanzig and wife Anna Barbara Sollberger arrived in New York City on the S. S. New York. With them were four of their children: Johannes/John b. May 3, 1832, Elisabeth b. April 3, 1837, Andreas/Andrew b. November 30, 1839, and Johann Ulrich/John Walter b. July 15, 1844. All the children were born in Oberbipp. Nothing has been found of this family since their arrival. Does anyone know anything about any of these individuals?
