Chester...my name is Jo Beth. I'm named after my mother's two sisters; Josephine & Elizabeth. I'm glad that you have the genealogy about your grandparents. Perhaps you can check them out with your father. What does the "S" stand for in your father's middle name.
Why do so many people have problems with the finding the genealogy on the family of Karasinski..is due primarily because Poland was invaded so many times by the Russia, Austria, Germany...etc. The borders of Poland have changed more times than I change socks! I know that they is a statue in a part in Poland of a General Karasinski. I've heard that the name of Karasinski is suppose to mean; Forest. But I made way of base on that...but I know that my grandmother's name is Malnowski...and it means; either rasperries or strawberries. Polish History is fascinating...of course it depends on what year you start reading about it. It's better to read about Poland from the beginning...and then you see all the changes of the country's borders. If you want my email address, please contact your sister, Debbie. I'm glad that you are well...thanks for answering my posting. Jo Beth
