Elijah and mary were my 3 great grand parents. Her name is found as Carnes, Karnes, Karns, but truely spelled KarnesThey are buried in Concord United Methodist Church in Grafton, Va. They share the same headstone. Elijah and Mary were both previously married. They're daughter, roxie married a Melvin. They resided in the home directly behind that church.
