I am doing research about the Hartenthaler family, but I am sorry that I don't know anything about your mother Frieda Hartenthaler. You said that she was born in Stätzling (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/St%C3%A4tzling), but I found no Hartenthalers there (http://www.genealogie-kiening.de/O2/O2009.HTM). Stätzling belongs now to Friedberg and there is at least one Hartenthaler still living there: Josef Hartenthaler; Augsburger Str. 10; 86316 Friedberg bei Augsburg; Tel. +49 821 604466 (but up to now I never had contact with him). Some others died there already: August Hartenthaler und Barbara H. and their son Friedrich Hartenthaler. Do you know anybody? Please send me more information about your mother an will try to find out more.

Allen, I am one of your second cousins. Correct spelling of your grandmother, Anna MATHEWS' maiden name was KARASCH. Her parents were Frank Bernard KARASCH & Anna Katherine GRABOWSKI. My grandfather, Frank M. KARASCH, was one of Anna's three brothers. Eager to share info and learn more about MATHEWS & RIGELMAN families. Please email.

I am surching for Karsch family history. Anna Karsch born oct 28, 1882 in Yugoslavia. Her father's name then changes as we go back in time to Anton "Kersch" also born in Yugoslavia, married to Teresa Rhineldger.

Hi, my name is Alecia Karsch. My married name is Alecia Schubert. My father was Otto Karsch born in Bad Wimfen, Germany. I was adopted by Otto and his wife. My mother is Frieda Hartenthaler (name before any marriage), born Oct.12,1926 in Statzling, Bavaria. I am attempting to locate her. Hi, my last name before marriage was Karsch. My first name is Alecia. My fathers name was Otto, born in Bad Wimfen, Germany. I was adopted by Otto and his wife, Roberta. Nicole, I have a great Aunt who's family's
namesake is Karsch. Her father was George
Karsch, and his father was Jacob Karsch born
in Prussia, 1841 or 1842. Either his father,
or maybe grandfather's name was Frederick.
His mother or grandmother was Maria. They
were 50 when they immigrated to America in
1854. Do you possibly have any ancestors
with these first names? If you do, can I have what information you have?

My grfather's name was George Jennings Karsch born @ 1874 in Beeville Tx. He married Della Belle White and had 8 children in Louisiana.(My mother was 1 of these). Can't seem to find any info on the name Karsch. ANY help appreciated!
