My grandmother's (Frances Imelda Tylek Simone) death certificate lists her mother as Anna Karwowska. I wonder if it could have actually been Karwowski. My grandma was born in Cuyhoga Co., Ohio in 1918. Anna was married to John Tylek (sometimes listed as Tyler). Anna & John were born in Poland. I have been told that Anna & John both died abt 1934. Some of the children's names are Chester, Annie, Vera, Raymond, John, & Alice. Alice is the only sibling still living.
