I'm looking for information on my grandfather, William Frederick Kaspar. He was born on Nov. 3, 1920 and died on Jul 20, 1994 in Victoria Texas. He was married to Edith Small (d. Feb. 20, 1988, Victoria, Texas). They had three children, Frances Malinda (my mother - married Michael Laza), Theresa Ann (married Edwin Trenck) and William Frederick Jr. (married Billie Jo Broussard).
