hi suzette, i'am doing some research on my mom's side of the family and decided to look under the kassubas just for the heck of it. seen your message posted. i have a picture of frank and paulina kassuba that was in the otsego county centennial book published in 1975. The book says that they came to America about 1878 with their two children,Frank Jr. and a sister. In 1937 is when Uncle Bob took over the farm at 17 years of age. Do you also have this book or article? If not I can send it to you. I know that my brother Steve went over to Poland several years back and did find some information about where we came from.. I believe he also got the Kassuba Family Crest. Did you know that there was a Kassuba language all of its own over there? There is only a few people left in Poland that still speak it. I found this information somewhere on the web. i'll try to find it again and e-mail ya. sorry i couldn't get together with you last summer. i was having some health problems. let me know if you will be coming to gaylord this summer. maybe we could get together and exchange info. whats your e-mail address? your cousin theresa
