Hi James,
I have been working on this family for some time. I don't have much on Joe but he was a Boxer in the 1930's and was a Brick Layer as was every Kaylor in the family- so it seems. His father was Daniel - mother Annie Scanlon. I thought he died in 1995? I have never heard of Von Kaylor
used in this family. With regard to the Candy factory, a Charles Kaylor managed the HUYLER'S Candy Company in the early 1900's.The Huyler & DeKlyn family both were in the Candy or Bakery business early 1800's. My grandfather James was Daniel's brother. This family was a rowdy bunch but my grandfather walked a straight line. How are you related?

Nancy
