NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
Department of the Interior, Land Office at Spokane, Wash., June 30, 1908. Notice is hereby given that Dennis M. Kearney of Cheney, Wash., who, on June 18, 1902, made Homestead entry NO. 14647, for W 1/2 NE 1/4, Sec. 22, Twp. 22 N., R. 41 E. W. M., has filed notice of his intention to make final five-year froof, to establish claim to the land above described, before the Register and Receiver, U. S. Land Office at Spokane, Washington, on the 19th day of August, 1908. Claimant names as witnesses:
Edgar Chambers, Louis Falter, Henry Falter and John Franz, all of Cheney, Wash.
