Does anyone know what became of John KELLIE and wife Katherine b b/f 1660 Scotland d 1685 (who died enroute) who left Scotland:

'Ship "Henry and Francis" of New Castle, a Ship of three hundred and fifty Tun and twenty great Guns, Richard Hutton, Master, departed from the road of Leith ( '... the banished persons - had been in the Tolbooth - having been on board for some time.'), September 5, 1685, arrived at Perth Amboy, New Jersey, in the middle of December, 1685.'

Upon landing ' A little way up in the country, however, there was a town (supposed to be Woodbridge), and a minister settled, and the inhabitants were very kind to them...'

Did see this on this forum: 'Original Scots Colonists' by Dobson: 'John KELLIE, Dunbar, East Lothian [Scotland], Covenanter, prisoner in Edinburgh, Dunnottar and Leith, banished 5 Feb 1685, tr.fr. Leith on 'Henry and Francis,' to East NJ, 5 Sep 1685'

Is this John the fore bearer of any of the Kelley lines anyone has traced??

Thanks for any info -

Diane
