Kelly family moved from UK to USA

I have just recently found that my GGGrandmothers family emigrated to America but that my GGGrandmother came back over to the UK to live in Manchester, as she didn't like it over in America. At the moment that is all I know except my GGrandmothers name is Catherine Kelly and her father was Joseph Kelly, her mum (my GGGrandmother) possibly Ann Kelly ( no maiden name as yet!!) If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!
