I recently purchased an old framed photograph of Thomas Kendrick (1809 - 1876) and his wife, Martha Davis Scott Kendrick (1814 - 1900). Research shows that they lived in Dirt Valley, Chattooga County, Georgia, in the 1870 census. Martha was a grand-daughter of William Davis who served in the American Revolution.
