I am searching for Charles Kendricks. He was born Charles Green to Reuben Russell Green and Amanda Connell circa January, 1981. His mother died when he was a baby and a Kendricks family took him and raised him either as their child with the name of Kendricks or with his birth name of Green. At the time he was born it is believed the Green family was in Benton Co., Arkansas so it is probable that the Kendricks family was there or in a county in close proximity thereof.

Charles Green/Kendricks was my Grandfather's, William H. Green, brother, my Great Uncle. I am attaching a picture of him and whom I believe to be his wife and child. I am hoping someone will recognize this picture and be able to help me find some information on him. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
