A few years ago you replied to a message by Donna Moreno. A few days ago Donna contacted me about the Kensler family. I have information about the family I would like to share with her, however, I have tried to contact her, but I have not been able to do so. Can you provide any information/help. My mother was a Kensler and is one of the persons noted in Donna's message to me.

I know it has been a long time since you posted your message on the Kensler board but I am now researching the Kenslers of Mason County WV and am wondering if you were successful in finding information.

Is there anyone else connected to the Kensler family of Virginia that moved to Madison County, Illinois? Jacob Kensler is listed as the head of a household in the 1830 census. I suspect he is the father or brother of Rocceanna Kensler and probably the other Kensler women that were married in Madison County circa 1830.

Look up Kensler in WI at www.switchboard.com. There are three listed, one in Pewaukee, WI, which isn't far from Milwaukee. They may be from the family you're looking for. Good luck!

Looking for information regarding Kenslers who lived in North Dakota... Helen, Nora, Beulah and Henry, the youngest. The family lived in the Grano, ND area about1930. The girls (sister) spent time in a "girls home" in Fargo, ND in the early 1930s. The family ended up in the Milwaukee, WI area. I am the son of Beulah Kensler-Schubert and William Schubert.

My great Uncle (P.Warren Kensler.MD(1892-1969) was born in Lawrence County to John Kensler(?-1900 and Katherine (Gore) Kensler?-1916). He mentioned that his father was of french descent and was born in the Vincennes area. He also had a sister(1894-?) that he lost touch with in the 1930'.s

Thank you for the information. P. Warren Kensler MD. 1892-1969 was born in Lawrence County, IN? Have you researched in the Vincennes area. I think that my great grandfather Isaac Peter and his sister were born about 1870. That would make them the previous generation, I think. Do you have any way to research that generation, maybe by death certificate filed for P. Warren?

Looking for William George Schubert who married Beulah Kensler in Fargo, North Dakota in 1934-1935. William Schubert was born in Norristown, Pensylvania in 1914; he spent his late teens to early twenties in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. There was one child born of this marriage in Milwaukee in April, 1936.

I am looking for information on Jacob Charles Kensler and Grace(Gracie or Geshe). Jacob Charles was listed as Charles most of the time. His parent's names were Jacob(Jr.) and Harriet Kensler.
Would like to know where Grace is buried and if they had children before her death in 1891.
Found out that Jacob Charles was born and died in Delta, Iowa.

LooLooking for any information that can help. My gfather was Aloysious Francis Kensler(b. 3/29/1910). His parents were Ellis Henry(b. 3/26/1873) and Rose E O'Kane(b.1/18/1872). The father of Ellis was Anton, but we believe he may have spelled the name "Kenzler".
