Do you have any more information regarding this statement?
The other information given to me by this party verified my suspicions that Isaac was indeed the son of James and Rachel. If James is in fact the father of Isaac M. per following info.
"We show the following children ro James and Rachel.
Isaac M. B. 1796
Sarah B. 10/31/1799
Joseph Reynolds B. 3/31/1801
Julia B. 1812
Ann B. 2/6/1814
Elizabeth B. 1816
Rachel Ornetia B. 1817
There is also a David born about 1804 who may be a son."
"Saw your posting on the query board. This may be of some help. Several sources have James as the son of William Kenyon and Hannah Niles or second wife Anna Pendleton the death date for Hannah is unclear. I do not believe this is correct and feel he is the son of John Kenyon & Mary Nye, this would be a lengthy explanation so the short version is that James appears to be in the Household of John Kenyon in the 1798 assessment roll for Thurman. There is also a Holden Kenyon listed to both William and John born about the same time as James. It would appear that there is only one Holden and he belongs to William as he contests the settlement of William's estate. The Joseph Kenyon who appears in Bolton is the son of James and Rachel. If you don't have it Rachel is the daughter of Hazzard Morey. Hope this is of some help."
The Bolton 1820 census shows Phineas, James and Isaac together on the census page and the rest of the people are not listed alphabetically.
With this information, can you give me any more help?
