I found the following Kerce family members in the Georgia Civil War Records.

Kerce, Albert B. - Private July 9, 1861, Discharged in 1862.

Kerce, Barney - Private March 4, 1862. Deserted from Macon, Ga. hospital in 1862.

Kerce, E. James M. - Private 1862, died of typhoid fever in Chimborazo Hospital at Richmond, Va Aug. 31, 1862.

Kerce, George D. - Private March 4, 1862. Deserted at Albany, Ga March 4, 1862.

Kerce, James O. - Private March 4, 1862. Wounded at Fredericksburg, Va. Dec 13, 1862. Died of wounds at Montgomery Springs, Va. Dec. 29, 1862.
