Were the dates you listed for Henry or Katherine?
Katherine and her first husband, George (or was it Max?), came to America from Germany circa 1900-1902 with son Max and daughter Frieda Marie (who was no more than 2 years of age). With that generation, it's not too likely that Katherine had such a young family when she was in her 30's. Of course if those dates are for Henry instead, then it certainly could be her. She had another son after she settled, a son named George.
My Katherine had a total of three children: Max, Frieda (both born in Germany) and George, born in Pennsylvania. Does this help any?
