Hello,
I noticed on an old (2005) posting of yours that you listed the names of McKewns found on the 1880 census. On that census list were my gg grandfather, Jacob McKewn (b. 1840, Ireland), and his brother, Mose McKewn. They were both living in Mississippi Co., Missouri. I know nothing about their lives before they moved to Missouri. I don't have any idea whom their parents were.
I am hoping that you are still doing genealogy and that perhaps over the years you have come across some info about these two brothers.
