I saw your inquiry on Ancestry.com about Ray Kibby. Ray and I grow up in Falls Church, VA.,we were best friends for twenty some years. Ray went into the Navy and I went to College in the mid 60s and lost touch. In the mid 80s Ray called me and we met for lunch. At that time he told me he was living in Gulfport Miss., he had retired from the Navy and was working at a home for Vets. That was the last contact I had with him, I hope this helps.
