For sure, the Easley Kilpatrick married to Emily Jane Hammons was born in South Carolina in 1819. I have two photostats of census records and several other pieces of reliable information to back that up. Emily Jane was born in North Carolina in Dec of 1820. So says the 1900 Grimes County Texas census.
This gets more interesting with each day.
