An heirship affidavit regarding a 1892 death, plus grave marker, shows Anna Stugeer Kindla (Atacosa Co, TX). Her maiden name was Korus.
Is "STUGEER" a given name, family name, or affectionate nickname? Anna married about age 17 so it probably is not from prior marriage. Any information would be appreciated.
