I rec'd an e-mail last spring requesting KINNEY photos and I've finally located them. Now I've lost the e-mail message and the info stating who requested them. They are the siblings of Roman Woodrow KINNEY, son of William Walter and Mary Susan [Quillin] KINNEY. William Walter is the 2nd of 4 children born to James Franklin and Mary Catherine "Cassie" [Tilman] KINNEY.
