The real estate belonging to the late Julius A Kintner deceased was sold Tuesday afternoon by executors John G. Hahn and D. Warren Kintner. the sale took place at the property on West avenue, the attorney for the estate James W. Piatt acted as auctioneer and the several properties were disposed of as follows: B.J. Dougherty purchased the vacant lot at the intersection of West avenue and North street for $205; Chas Stevens bid off the house and lot on the West side of West avenue for $810 also the barn and lot on the North side of North street for $150. The three pieces as advertised being situated adjoining each other in the township on the Auburn road were sold together and went to C.F.Hahn for $680
