Surnames: Kiper, Smiley
We are just beginning to trace our tree and I am unsure of the "Mary" yet, but there is a Jefferson Kiper (Smiley) who is my uncle (late). I don't know if there is any relation between us yet. Any other info you have would be greatly appreciated as we are attempted to trace our Cherokee heritage.
