Found a marriage for Charles Kipling and Elizabeth Bell 5 November 1717 Staindrop, Durham could they be possible parents to Lionel? Also found births of Jane Cameron born 1731 and Hercules Cameron born 1729 in Staindrop their parents were Robert Cameron and Mary. Not sure if they are Elizabeth's parents yet.
