Looking for information regarding my ggrandfather, Hugo Kipper, believed to be from Hamburg, Germany. Had 3 brothers: Emil, Fred(erick) and one unknown, and one unknown sister. The unknowns remained in Germany or later moved to the Netherlands. Hugo Married Emma Schultz and moved to Newport News, Va. Would be willing to share information.
