Surnames: Kirman, Dalton, Kermond, Thimbles, Shimbles
I have traced my wife's mother, June Kirman, back to Edmund John Kirman, born about 1821 in North Thoresby. Edmund married Mary Ann Dalton 19/7/1847 in North Elkington.
I believe, but have no evidence, that Edmund's parents were Robert Kermond [bapt.12/11/1776 Nt.Thorseby] and Sarah Thimbles/Shimbles [married 10/6/1813 Nt.Thorseby
I am now stuck...can anyone help?
