Mary! I am the grandaughter of Hilma Klein. I started my geneological search last week and I am thrilled to have found you. My wonderful mumma died in 1972 and her only child, my dad, died in 1982. His name was Paul (he took the surname "Lane"). I have one sister, Michele Lane Ward.
I live in Ashtabula OH, 14 miles from Conneaut where my mumma lived and died.

Mumma was a hard-working woman who spoke not at all of her life in Finland. Unfortunately, I know nothing of our relatives who may or may not still be in Kivijarvi....but we will find them. I'm learning more and more about this research every day. I am working part time at the Ashtabula County Geneological Society.
