Ok, my dad was William Harold Kizer and he died March 23,1999. His dad died two weeks before that--Joel Kizer. Joel married Gladys, not sure of her last name. Joel's parents were Cornelius and Myrtel Kizer who were from Oklahoma. They're said to have lived on an Indian reservation. Any help from anyone???????????????
