Brother of Larry (Melinda) Kamick, Mount Prospect, Ill.; and Ronald Kamick and James Morkunas, both of Scottsdale, Ariz. Uncle to Jason and Kendall. Brother-in-law of Edwin (Rita) Obrachta.


Former owner of the C and J restaurant in Mountain, Wis.
