My name is Randy Cooper. I'm trying to find information on my sister that I've never had contact with. Billie Marie Cooper Kniceley died in 1995 in Fort Smith, AR. She was married to a Johnson from Bakersfield, CA. They had two children Tony and Tina Johnson. His parents were from McAlester, OK. If you have any information, I would appreciate it if you could help me find her family.

Am Betty Gaylors Step Mother, she deceased 2002 not 2003, it is listed in the coalgate obituary, Harvey decease as said about the year of 1970.

We share grandparents. (From Germany) I have Anthony Kneisly(1695), father of Anthony Kneisly(1740), father of Jacob Squire Kniceley, Married to Ann Haymond(1785), parents of John M.(Samuel), married to Nancy Ann Armstrong, parents of Daniel E Kniceley, married to Meg(Margaret) Hinkle, parents of George W Kniceley, married to Alzina Houston. These two were my grandparents. My father was Charlie Kniceley.

John M.(Damuel) Kniceley and nancy Ann Armstrong were my great, great grandparents. I've read and looked into some of the families of people on these boards and so far, we're ALL related! Let me know what you'd like to know. You can email me. I can take the Kniceleys back to 1695 in Germany.

Hello Danetta, My Grandfather was D.O. Kniceley and my father was Richard (Dick ) Kniceley. I would love to share whatever information I have with you too. My research is still in the envelope stage, mostly unorganized. I hope when I retire to write a story about the family........not just the names and dates but
interesting bits of information gleaned from those handed down from generation to generation.

Hi I have researched my family tree back and foung a john knicely1807 and a nancy knicely1802 with a son James 1830 who married Virginia hutchison 1832.Is this the same line?If so I would appreciate any more info you have John and nancy were my last entries and I want to make a chart for my grandmas birthday.

Seeking anyone who may have knowledge of Frank and Hattie Kniceley. Last resisdence I have is in Clay district,Wood County in 1930. Frank from what I understand was from Sutton. Hattie(Anderson) was born in Braxton. Parents are John Webb Anderson and Rebecca Virginia Houston. Would love to find any living members of there family or anyone who knows of them. Hattie was my grandfather John Milton Andersons older sister. John died in5/17/1923 and my mother was born in 8/1923 so she never knew him. She was always told he was an only child and his parents deceased. She never knew of his family and I am trying to trace her Anderson side.

Hattie's brother,my grandfather John M died 5/17/1923 and my mother was born in 8/1923. She was told he was only child and parents deceased so grew up not knowing there was family. I have since found out there is quite a history of family and would to fill in the gap.

After my previous post I found a web site called RootsWeb.com and according to it Jacob Squires Kniceley's father was an Anthony Kneisly born 1740 and his father was also Anthony Kneisly born 1695. Aparently a spelling change was made. As you can see a change was made in my last name with the dropping of the second E. Don,t know why. I will keep on looking. Rick

I don't live in Sutton, but I've been there on multiple occasions, and my uncle currently lives there. The other surrounding areas are where the rest of them live though. Places like Cowskin, Servia, Duck. Small places, but that's where everyone lives. The sort of part comes from the fact that I live in Alaska... We's A big family. That's what I can tell you.

I have some info on the kniceley clan.Jacob Kniceley from rockingham co Va married Ann no last name. They had 1 boy named John Kniceley he married Nancy Armstrong.John had 10 children.
