Hello,

I am having trouble finding the parents of my great-grandfather, Albert Stanley Knoblaugh. He was born December 08, 1892 in Springfield, Ohio. By 1917, he was living in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and two children. He was married at least 2-3 times, but I believe my great-grandmother Irene Rhodehammel was his first wife. Their children together were Alberta, Chester and Orville. Albert seems to have moved around a lot. They were in Florida for a short time around 1918, and my grandmother was born in Kentucky on the trip from Florida back to Ohio. Albert ended up in Bunnell Florida, and is buried there. His son Chester lived with him in Florida for a short time but died as a child. One of Albert's later wives was Ruby Mae Drawdy, and I am pretty sure he had more kids because I find Knoblaughs living in Bunnell today.

I have one lead on Albert's parents- the 1900 census shows a Harry Knoblaugh with a son Albert living in Springfield. I can't read the wife's name. This Albert was born in December like mine was, but the birth year says 1895 instead of 1892.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
