Looking for info on the father/mother of Cecil Harvey Kocher (b: 2/10/1901; d: 6/5/1979). Cecil's father was Ephram Kocher and his mother's name was Louella Headly. I know nothing else about Ephram and Louella and would like to know their birthdates/death dates; where they came from, names of their other children, etc. I do that Cecil was born in a small town called Rathmill in southwest Pennsylvania; probably near Avonmore, which I think is in either Westmoreland County or Armstrong County. Any info would be appreciated!
